Below is a list of what’s required for registration. Also, a list of documents you will need to have with you as well.
To qualify for a Pre-K spot a child must be 4 years old by Sept. 1st and meet one of the following:
Qualify for free/reduced lunch
Parent is active duty military, disabled veteran, police officer, firefighter or emergency medical first responder.
Child has been in custody of CPS/Foster care or adopted out of foster care
Qualify for English as a second language program.
WHAT TO BRING—To enroll your child in August during registration, you will need the following documents:
Parent/Legal Guardian’s Government Issued Photo Identification
Proof of Residency in the form of a current (within the last 30 days) electric, gas, water bill or lease agreement. (No other documents will be accepted)
Student’s Social Security Card
Student’s Shot Record
Student’s Certified Birth Certificate
